Wash and cut your onions, tomatoes, green pepper into cubes

On a frying pan add some oil and onions to fry, add the chopped tomatoes, scotch bonnet puree and stir then add seasoning cubes, salt, curry powder and garlic powder and stir well

Then whisk and pour the egg mixture to the sauce, add the green pepper, stir continuously until fry. Enjoy
