Almonds are soaked in water previously so that the skin can be peeled off easily.
First carrots are washed properly and rinsed in water. Then they are cut into pieces and boiled for 2whistles in a pressure cooker. - 3
Then boiled carrots, Cashews, almonds are put into mixer and blended well to get a thick paste.

After that some milk is added to it to make the paste more smooth and blended again.

Then honey is added According to to taste. Also add a pinch of cardamom powder for a beautiful flavour. Finally the remaining chilled milk is added to it and it is blended finally to get a frothy texture.

And Ta Da, the Super Tasty and Healthy Carrot Milkshake is Ready.
