    Aik bowl main dahi dal kar achy sy bhain lein kisi pan main pani dal kar boil karein or Lauki pani main dal dein 5 mint Lauki boil kar ke pani chan lein

    Ab dahi main boil Lauki dal kar mix karein or namak zeera lal mirch hara dhanya Hari mirch dal kar mix karein or roti sabzi ke sath pesh karein
