Lamb Chops with Marinade

Wash the meat well and let it drain.

In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients, add the chops, and stir to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. The next day, remove the chops, let them drain over the bowl to remove excess liquid, season with salt, and grill on a barbecue or in the oven under the broiler.

If grilling in the oven, place a pan under the rack to catch the drippings. Alternatively, you can place them in a baking dish and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown. They will be delicious either way, but they are especially tasty when grilled over charcoal.

Serve with French fries or a simple Greek salad and a drink of your choice. We prefer red wine.
