Mix the Dal and soak it for 4 hours. Take a mixi jar add the ur soaked Dal in it without adding any water. Pulse it to a smooth paste. Take the batter into a container add 2 tbsp of besan and salt. Add eno in it mix it well.Now grease the idli stand pour the batter into it. Steam it for 20 min.

After 20 min remove the vada from the stand. Soak it in Luke warm water with hing in the water. Soak the vada in water for 10 min. Now remove it from the water. The thick curd add sugar in it. Mix it well. Garnish the vada with curd on it and chopped onion and coriander leaves. Pour tamarind chutney and green chutney on it. It's ready to serve.
