Take maida, curd, soda and cornflour and food colour,mix well thick batter like dosa, add water if necessary, let it rest.

Pour in a sauce bottle or milk pouch or oil packet cut the end after pouring the batter.Heat oil fry on medium flame turn sides. Take out and put in warm Syrup.

Make sugar syrup one thread consistency(3/4 cup water and 1 cup sugar,Kesar optional, rosewater, elachi powder),if too much water the jelabi with be soggy,don't dip for too long.

You can adjust cornflour and curd as per your requirement,
