Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  3. 2warm cup milk
  4. 1/2 cupsugar
  5. 2/3 tablespoonyeast ملعقه الا ربع
  6. 1 tablespoonlouded of yogurt مليانه
  7. 2egg
  8. 1yolk for the end
  9. 1 tablespoonmilk
  10. 1 teaspoonvinegar
  11. 1 teaspoonAnsin ينسون وشومر
  12. 1 teaspoonvanilla powder
  13. 1 teaspoonsesame seed black
  14. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  15. 2 teaspoonrose water
  16. 1/2 cupoil

Cooking Instructions

    Stiff 4 cups of flour with baking powder and mix good add all dry stuff

  2. 2

    Mix milk sugar yogurt yeast eggs together let it set on side for a minute then rose water

  3. 3

    Add dry ingredients on top yeast liquid and mix no Machine required

  4. 4

    While you mixing add 1/2 cup oil in the end and mix with spoon let it rest for an hour

  5. 5

    Use big oven tray put the dough and spread it with little oil fingers

  6. 6

    Use the other yolk with 1 teaspoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon milk and mix then brush mixture dough with the egg mixture

  7. 7

    Let it rest for 15 minutes lightly covered then uncover and cook at hot oven 400 f for 35 minutes then Broiled for few minutes o give colour

  8. 8

    While it is hot brush the brioche with simple syrup or jam garnish with coconut or pistachio enjoy
