Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupBoiled pasta
  • 1/4 cuppar boiled broccoli
  • 1/4 cupdiced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupcubed cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cupcarrot jullience
  • to taSteSalt
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbsplemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add olive oil, salt. Lemon juice, vinegar, black pepper and mix them well and let it rest for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add all the vegetables and add the prepared dressing.

    Add cottage cheese and give it a gentle mix.
