Pork spare ribs

I love pork, well, I generally love meat. And frying with onions & tomatoes and maybe throwing in a few spices isn't the only way to cook your meat. This was inspired by the spare ribs from Java. And I loved the outcome.

Steps
- 1
Mix your dry spices for rubbing
- 2
Pat the ribs dry with paper towel & rub the dry spices on them generously
- 3
Preheat tour oven and cover your oven tray with aluminum foil. Put the ribs in a foil and tightly fold the edges of the foil together to create a sealed packet.
- 4
Bake in the preheated oven until the ribs are very tender.
- 5
Remove them from the oven and coat them with the barbeque sauce(or just Ketchup & honey mixed together).
- 6
Place the ribs back into the oven and broil until the sauce is lightly caramelized, 5 to 7 minutes. Enjoy viva!
