Steps

Take a clean bowl and pour milk in it, then add vinegar in milk and set aside for 10min.buttermilk type mixture is ready.

Then Add salt, rosemery, chilli powder and egg in mixture and mix all well.

Place meat and clean under cuted chicken pieces in mixture, cover and rest it for 3 hrs. If you have time then you can marinate for 24hrs, the chicken cooked more juicy and tender.

To prepare a dry coating, Take a separate bowl, add flour, chilli flakes, salt, fennel seeds in bowl, and mix well.

Heat oil for upto 6 7 minute on medium flame,.

Separate chicken pieces from loquid mixture and place in a separate plate.

Take a piece of chicken, coat dry mixture on all sides, then add that coated piece in liquid and then in dry mixture.

Same step repeat for each chicken piece then add in oil for frying.

Take out from oil after nice golden colour, and place in a serving plate.

Serve with ketchup, or any sauce like mayonise+chilli garlic sauce+ketchup mix sauce.
