It's a very famous ramadan's sehri dish, it's served with both paratha and chapati (flat bread).
Steps

Take oil add whole spices and dry red chillies and soute it for 2mins, then add onion, garlic, chopped ginger and bonify it for 3-4 mins.

Now add crushed red chilli, Turmeric and roasted corriender along with mince and beaten youghurt and Bonify it on Medium heat for 2 min. Then put it on very slow heat for 10-15 min. No water needed.

After 15min turn off the flame, serve it with Julian Ginger.
