Boiled Dumplings (Quick Pot)

A simple and convenient boiled dumpling dish for everyone.
After the water comes to a boil, add the dumplings, then repeat the process of adding water three times as the water boils again. Enjoy delicious dumplings!
For dipping sauce, I like to mix soy sauce with Chinese BBQ sauce (shacha sauce). For steamed dumplings, I enjoy adding sweet chili sauce. Both are delicious!

Bring the water to a boil, then add the dumplings. You can add more dumplings depending on your appetite. Wait for the water to boil again.

Once the water boils, add the first bowl of water. Wait for it to boil again.

When it boils again, add the second bowl of water. Wait for it to boil again.

After it boils, add the third bowl of water and turn off the heat.

Skim off any foam around the edges, then remove the dumplings and enjoy!
