Steps

First, soak white lentil (daal mash) for 3 hours or 1-1/2 hours minimum. Then squeeze water.

Then take grander add soaked lentils, water. Graind it and make smooth paste.

Now take out the prepared paste in a large bowl. If the paste looks a little thick, add more water.

And mix gently.

Add salt and Carom seeds and mix throughly.

Add baking powder and mix.

Heat up the oil and make bhale.

Cook one side until light brown then flip it.

And cook another side until done.

Cool completely. Then take a large bowl add water and soak bhalle for 20 minutes.

Then squeeze the water with the help of palm.shown as in picture.

All are done.

Take another bowl. Add Youghrt and fresh cream and mix gently.

Add salt, green chilli and full cream milk and mix.

Take dish and spread some prepared Youghrt then set bhalle on top.

Cover with prepared Youghrt and sprinkle some chaat masala.
