Ingredients

  • 9cucharadas de harina sin preparar
  • 4cucharadas de agua
  • 1/2cucharadita de polvo de hornear
  • Pizca de sal
  • 2cucharadas de azúcar rubia
  • 3/4de cucharadita de canela en polvo
  • 1cucharada de mantequilla
  • Glass (opcional)
  • 2cucharaditas de azúcar impalpable
  • 1cucharada de leche

Steps

  1. 1

    Cernir la harina y mezclar con el polvo de hornear y la pizca de sal

  2. 2

    Añadir una a una las cucharadas de agua a la mezcla de harina, procurando amasar bien con las manos

  3. 3

    Si la mezcla está muy pegajosa, añadir más harina, si está muy seca añadir más agua

  4. 4

    Amasar hasta que se forme una pasta moldeable, extender sobre una superficie enharinada ayudando con un rodillo

  5. 5

    Extender hasta formar un rectángulo de 10 cm y 0.5 mm de espesor

  6. 6

    Añadir la mantequilla, el azúcar y la canela, extender los lados más largos hacia el centro y enrrollar

  7. 7

    Aceitar una taza y colocar el rollito, añadir una cucharada de agua y llevar al microondas por minuto y medio

  8. 8

    Aparte, llevar el azúcar impalpable y la leche a microondas por 30 seg, desmoldar el rollo de canela y bañar con el glasé, servir tibio
