Heat oil in cooking pot on medium low flame. When the oil is hot, add Hing and cumin seeds. Stir.

Add bay leave and tomato paste. Stir well.

Then add salt, all the masalas and some water. Add kasoori methi, lightly crush it with your palms.

Add boiled potatoes and mash them a little. Add some water and salt if required. Give it a good mix. Let this cook for 5-6 minutes.

Serve hot with Puris, raita, chutney, achaar or Salad.
