Steps

Wash rice and set it aside

Blanch green peas and the coloured peppers.

Chop the red onion.

In a Pan add oil and fry the red onions till tender, add cumin stir then add rice and fry it add salt to taste.

Add 4 cups of cold water,when the water is almost drid up, cover and let it dry up.

Add the green peas, coloured peppers and mix with a fork.

Serve hot.
