#WEARETOGETHER Apart from banana bread, banana cake is also a very good way to utilise ripe bananas into snacks for tea time and dessert options too.
Steps

Assemble all ingredients. Preheat oven to 180°C for 10 minutes.

Add sugar to melted butter and whisk until smooth combined. Add eggs one by one and mix well.

Mash bananas and add to liquid ingredients.

Sift flour with baking powder and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients into liquid mixture to form batter.

Fold batter until smooth. Add slivered pistachios. Put butter paper into baking tin and pour batter evenly.

Put tin into oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Check in between by inserting toothpick. If toothpick comes out clean means cake is done.

Let cake cool to room temperature. Cut into slices and serve.
