1. First soaked soybean in water for 15 minutes until become soft or boil soybean in hot water for quick softness.

2. Then grind the soybean in grinder

3. Then in a pan add 2 spoon oil and add green chilli if you like little spicy and then add
soybean paste, let it fry for 2 minutes - 4
4. Then add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp Red chilli powder and let it stir for a while. After that turn off the flame and add 1 tsp mango powder. Then mix
it all and it's ready for stuffing - 5
5. To make a dough, take 1 cup wheat flour then add 1 tsp baking soda powder, 1 tsp ajwain, salt as needed and 2 tsp oil. Then mix it all
and add water and make a dough. - 6
6. Then make a small balls from dough and press between those balls and make a space to fill the soybean stuffing

7. Next step then make a roll from those stuffing balls and make a roll in a round
shape. - 8
8. last step, add 1 tsp oil in a pan and let it heat, once become heat then place a round shape dough into it and let it cook. Again flip it and
add oil in the sides of dough( We called round
dough in Indian is paratha) and cook it until
change it's colour.
