For preparing prawn fry, coriander leaves, garlic gloves and green chillies should be grind as paste in mixer

In pan pour required oil and fry the grinded paste in oil, then place the prawn in pan

As the prawn release the water while stir it, as all the water has been dired. Put 2 tsp of chilli powder

Then fry the prawns as it raw smell goes, finally the oil release from the prawn. Just sprinkle the lemon on it.

For preparing prawn briyani, first marinate the prawns.

For marination, place the prawn in a bowl, 200 grams of curd, 1/2 tsp of turmeric Powder, 1 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of chilli powder and ginger garlic paste. Mix all and place in fridge for half an hour

After half an hour, take a pressure cooker, add required oil and ghee. Add all spices, then fry the onion as it brown.

Then add tomato, as tomato becomes soft, then add the marinated prawns. Then put some amount of coriander and mint leaf.

As the prawns releases the water, keep boiling the water. As the water is dired pour 2 cups of water and add salt (salt content must little more)

As the water boils, place the rice in cooker and close the cooker lid and wait for 2 whistles.

After the pressure released, open the cooker lid and place some coriander leaves and serve it hot
