Ingredients

  • Chicken 🐓
  • Potatoes (peel n washed)
  • Pepper (pounded)
  • Spring onions (sliced)
  • Garlic n Ginger (puree)
  • 1 tbspcornflour
  • Maggi
  • Curry n thyme

Steps

  1. 1

    Start by cooking chicken n Potatoes with maggi, curry and thyme until soft.

  2. 2

    Add pepper,garlic n ginger cook for 10 minutes. Then mix corn flour wit a little water n pour in, stir.

  3. 3

    Then finally add spring onions n cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
