1st make batter. Add all ingredients of cot paneer then add paneer and deep fry.

Take kadai heat oil add garlic ginger green chilli saute till colour change then add onion capsicum saute for few seconds

Then mix green and red chilli sauce add in capsicum add schezwan sauce salt cornflour water saute well.(lumbs free).

Then add water as required thick gravy boil water then add fried paneer. Cook for 5mins.

Garnish with spring onion. Ready to eat PANEER Chilli
