Steps

Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan or kadai.
Add gram flour in it. and roast on slow flame. - 2
Keep stirring it continuesely till it turns light brown in colour and gave a nice aroma.

Add chopped dry fruits in it. Stir it regularly.

Switch off the flame and allow it to cool down a bit then add sugar powder in it. Mix properly.

Grease your hand with ghee and make small balls shape pinni.

All pinni is ready serve with tea.
