Ingredients

  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1whole egg
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • oil or butter for greasing

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.

    Add wet ingredients and mix well until there is no more lumps.

    Grease the mold with oil or butter. You can also put cup cake liner if available.

    Pour in mold and bake for 15 minutes.

    Allow to cool before serving.
