Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbutter (softened)
  2. 2 cupswhite sugar
  3. 1 tbsphoney
  4. 1 tspvanilla
  5. 2eggs
  6. 2 cupsflour
  7. 1 tspbaking soda
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1.5 tspcinnamon
  10. 3 cupsrolled oats (toasted)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Toast oats about 10 mins on medium heat.

  2. 2

    Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and honey and mix.

  3. 3

    Combine dry ingredients with oats. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Bake at 375 for 10 mins.
