Buttermilk, besan and water mix it..and make a batter

Take a pan..add oil, rai, haldi and hing

Add batter..and stir continuously until it becomes thick

Take a plate..apply some oil.. take one spoon ready khandwi batter.. make a thin layer.. allow it to cool

Take a bowl.. add coriander leaves..add coconut power..add some salt.. you can add some red chilli powder (optional).mix it

Now spread it on khandwi plate

Now cut it

Make a roll. It is ready to serve

Serve it.
