Who doesn’t love dill?? I do and so does everyone who eats this dish, even the one’s who say they’re not big dill fans. It’s tasty, savory, and refreshing and also very easy. The most time will be boiling the pasta and then waiting for a little bit while the flavors meld in the refrigerator. #mycookbook

The only thing i do differently on the recipe is i use one large seedless cucumber, around 12" and omit the tomatoes. Very tasty side dish, enjoy!

I don't like too tangy of cucumber salad. This salad is just right but I am sure that if it is too tangy you could add more water and if it is not tangy enough just add more vinegar.

Just a little something I threw together

For this salad, I use European or Persian cucumbers because they look nicer, have almost no seeds, and have very thin skin. You can use thick-skinned cucumbers, but you'll need to peel them or leave strips and remove the seeds if you don't like them.

This is an incredibly easy recipe for any time of the day—a refreshing and easy snack that's very healthy.

This has become a go-to for weekly meal prepping. It's such a simple, but tasty recipe and adds a lot of freshness to a meal. I usually pair it with some quinoa or brown rice, some chicken or drained and rinsed chickpeas and some feta cheese. If you'd like to take some of the 'bite' out of the raw onion, soak it in some cold water for a few minutes first.

When my daughter is 17 I took her to the only Morrocan restaurant which was about an hour and a half from my home. She is Really like to taste all different cultures when I was in my early 20s I used to eat at a Moroccan restaurant when I go on a date it was a lot of fun tasted great. The night we went out to dinner it just did not taste the same as it did 40 years ago. my daughter knows whenever I eat out I can always I can make this better and that’s what I did.
