Ingredients

  1. 2ripe avocados
  2. 1cucumber
  3. 1/2red onion
  4. 6Roma tomatoes
  5. 1lemon
  6. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop vegetables and put in bowl

  2. 2

    Drizzle with olive oil and squeeze lemon on top.

  3. 3

    Gently toss to combine

  4. 4

    Salt and pepper to taste

  5. 5
