Ingredients

  1. 1massive cucumber, cut into slices
  2. 1massive sweet onion, sliced and quartered
  3. 2/3 cupwhite vinegar
  4. 4 tbspsugar
  5. 4 tbspwater
  6. 1 tbspolive oil
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1 tsppepper
  9. 1 tspdill

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix well all but the vegetables until sugar is dissolved and oil is broken up. Pour over cucumber and onion, shake well, and refrigerate. Serve cold.
