Paneer tikka

1 step: Cut the paneer into cubes, cacicum slice ,onion cut into 2 piece remove all the layers.
2 step : Take a bowl add besan flour,rice flour,corn flour, chilli powder,curd, Ginger and garlic paste, 3 pinch of cumin powder,mutton masala, lemon juice, salt, colour powder (i didn't add colour powder.if u need colour means u can put 1 pinch otherwise not mandatory) finely mix it all ingredients like paste consistency.
3 step: Put paneer,cacicum,onion mix it well and keep it 2 hours in fridge.
4 step: Take it from fridge take a tooth pick and insert 1 piece onion,1 piece paneer,1 piece cacicum based on ur wish
5 step: Take pan pour 3 to 5 spoon of oil shallow fry it. Low flame. (Turn to four sides have to be cook) 2 mints once turn the insert paneer, cacicum,onion all 4 side should be brown in colour . Now paneer tikka is ready to taste
