Sahi paneer with steamed rice

Steps

Heat a pan add 1 tablespoon of ghee add cubed onion and green chillies and fry till they turns transparent add cashew nuts,green cardamom and saute till 2-3 minutes.

Add tomato cubes +salt +2-3 tablespoon water and cook till the mixture mushy cool it and blend it to make a smooth puree.

Heat a pan add 1 tablespoon ghee add Cumin seeds +cloves +bay leaf +cinnamon saute for a minute till they give fragrant add Ginger garlic paste and saute for 2-3 minute on low flame.

Add onion cashew paste+ chilli powder +Turmeric powder +Coriander powder +garam masala +salt and cook.

Beat the curd in a bowl add in pan on low flame.mix well cook till tt begins to leave the pan. add 3/4 cup water.cook it till gravy thickens. Add salt and paneer cook it for about 3-4 minute on a low flame. Add kasuri methi.

Transfer sahi paneer gravy into bowl.garnish with some cream and serve with STEAMED rice.
