Take 3 cup chole in a bowl.soak around 8 hours. Next day drain water and wash. in pressure cooker add salt and hing add water and boil to 7 whistle.once it cools down check whether cooked properly keep aside.

Chole masala: Take a pan add 3 tablespoon oil add all mentioned garam masala fry till they are fragrant. Add chopped onion once it get traculent.add ginger garlic chilli tomato taste. Keep stirring for 2 mins.once oil leaves add alldry masala and saute. Once oil starts leaving

Add little water and cooked chole. Mix everything and cook till the gravy thickens.cook in low flame. Once cooked serve in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves

Bhature- take maida and all ingredients mention mix everything and knead the dough adding litle water and prepare a dough.it should be soft and smooth.cover the dough with towel and keep aside for 1 hour.after 1hour make small ball apply oil and

Roll it.keep oil in kadai ready. Once oil heat up add bhature in hot oil it will start puffing turn other side and fry till golden brown. Once fry take out bhature from oil.

Serve bhature hot with chole

Chana masala can also be serve with naan and paratha
