Grind tomato in smooth paste & chopped onion
cut paneer in pieces..

In a mixing bowl add paneer piece, add half curd, half ginger garlic paste, half red chilli, half chat masala, cumin powder, gram flour and salt mix it well and marinate it for 20 minutes.

Heat 1 teaspoon of oil on a non stick pan add the marinated paneer and cook until it turns golden brown in colour from all sides (flip it occasionally). Once it's done than keep a side.

Heat remaining oil in a wok add capsicum sautee for 5 minutes than remove it from oil.

Now in remaining oil add green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf sautee for a while

Add chopped onion saute until it's change in brown colour, add ginger garlic paste stir well

Add tomato puree and mix it well, add all the spices & curd mix it well add little water let them cooked for a while

Add lime juice and saute till oil separate

Now add paneer piece and capsicum, add kasuri methi, cooked for 5 mint add little water if required
- 10
Adjust the gravy garnish with some coriander leaves and serve
