Pepper, crushed or sliced

Steps

Peel and slice yam in any shape of ur choice. Put on fire add salt. Cook for 10 minutes, bring it down n strain it in a strainer.

Break eggs in a bowl add pepper, maggi and spring onions mix it.

Coat yam in egg mix and fry till golden brown. Serve with tea or chill drink.
