  • 2 tbspRed chilli flakes
  • 4garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tspcumin
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 1/4 cupvinegar
  • 2 tbspCooking oil

  1. 1

    At first in a food processor add chopped red chilli flakes, garlic cloves, cumin, vinegar and water and make a paste out of it..

  2. 2

    Then in a pan add oil then add the paste of chutney in it and cook for 2 to 3 mint then serve with pakoras and other fried items..
