500 gramsBoneless Chicken Thighs -
2 tbspGarlic
2 tbspGinger
handfulCurry leaves
2 tbspKashmiri Chilli Powder
2 tspCumin Powder
1 tbspCoriander Powder
1 tspTurmeric Powder
2 tspGaram Masala Powder
1 tspPepper Powder
4 tbspLemon Juice / Vinegar
4 tbspAll Purpose flour / Maida
4 tbspRice Flour

Oil for deep frying

Steps

Grind garlic, ginger, curry leaves in a blender and puree roughly.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Leave it to marinate overnight or at least for 1 to 2 hours.

Deep fry till golden. Drain and serve.
