First of all take remaining white part of watermelon and peel the remaining green part from it.

After that cut that white part of water melon in small cubes.

Then wash all the small cubes.After that take a pot put some water as much as required on the gas and put that cubes in the water and boil it for 5 min.

Then after 5 min off the flame and remove all the cubes from the water by using strainer.

On the other hand again take another pot to make sugar syrup put the pot on gas add sugar as much you required by seeing the quantity of cubesif you are taking 1 bowl of sugar then you can put 2 bowl of water in that and stir it well uptill sugar will dissolve in the water.

After that put all the boil cubes in sugar syrup and stir it well uptill sugar syrup will become little bit thick then of the flame.

Then divide the cubes in 2 or 3 bowls then add 2 to 3 drop dirrent colur in different bowl of food colour is of your choice and also add 2 to 3 drop of essence in it and mix it well and put it for 2 or 3 hour uptill all the cubes will absorb sugar syrup.

At last strain all the diffrent colour of cubes with the help of strainer and put it on plates and let them to dry after some hour your homemade tutti frutti will be ready you can also use cakes and icecream or mamy other purpose like garnishing an all So try the yummy easy tutti frutti recipe.
