Heat sauce pan and add moong dal,dry roast,till it gives nice aroma and colour changes.

Allow it cool and then grind it into fine powder

Take this moong dal powder into kadai and add ghee and mix well and keep it on flame for 5 mins and roast it till aroma comes.

Remove from flame and allow it to cool completely.

Once it is cool then add ground sugar powder and cardamon powder and chopped almonds and mix well.

Make ladoos and store it in air tight container.
