  • 11/2 cupflour
  • 1 Tbspnyeast
  • 1tspn potash water
  • 1 Tbspnsugar
  • 1tspn salt
  • Karkashi
  • Oil for frying

Steps

    Wash millet remove stones and sand.Grind and kip aside

    Mix well

    Combine flour with salt,yeast,sugar and salt.

    Pour in the flour in the grinded millet,stir cover and keep in a warm place

    After it rise add in karkashi and potash water.mix again

    Fry in hot oil until golden.
