2 slicesbrown bread(optional)
1 tbspnbutter
handfulspinach leaves(or more if desired)
1cubed chicken breast
handfulcheese or 2 cheese slices

Steps

Butter both sides of the bread

Add half cheese on one slice of bread
3

Layer with half the spinach leaves& chicken cubes
4

Top with left over cheese and spinach and other slice of bread
5

Place in sandwich maker or grill and close fr 5mins or until desired toastie
