Heat oil in a broad pan.Add ginger garlic saute for a min. Add the white part of spring onion saute it

Add capsicum, carrot, cabbage,green part of spring onion saute it

Add black pepper powder, soy sauce, salt mix well. Stuffing is ready

Dissolve 2 tsp maida in 2 tsp of water.

Take 1 spring sheet and place it on a plate. Place 2 tsp stuffing..apply little maida paste at the edges cover the stuffing by folding the bottom corner

Heat oil in a kadhai.Deep fry the spring roll. Serve with tomato ketchup
