Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdaal mash (white)
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 6-7garlic cloves
  4. 3green chillies
  5. 8red button chillies
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. Oil for frying
  8. For dahi
  9. 1/2dahi (yougart)
  10. 1/2 tspsalt
  11. 1/2red chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Soak dal at least 3 to 4 hrs.

    Then blend it to add salt.cumin garlic.red button chilli.green chillies.

    Make a thick mixture.

    After blending beat with the wishk.

    Give it rest 30 to 40 mintes.

    Now fry bary in the wok with the spoon.

    Take a bowl with water and add salt

  8. 8

    Fry dahi bary add it the salted water for 10 to 15 mintes.

    Sqeez them then dish out.

    Now whisk the yougart add salt and red chilli pour on the top of dahi bary

  11. 11

    Add green and sweet chutney on the top of dahi bary and served it.
