Bread Kulcha On TAVA

Take a kneading bowl add powdered sugar, salt, baking powder.

Along with baking soda, curd oil. Knead dough with lukewarm water.

Knead smooth dough drop some oil knead the dough, cover it and keep a side for 1 hr.

After 1 hr. Grease hands take dough and make equal part balls. Take one ball on flat surface. Apply water stick onion seeds and Kasuri Methi. Sprinkle dry flour on both sides. Roll it.

Heat up the tava on low flame. Place the roll bread Kulcha on tava. Sprinkle water on the surrounding the kulcha. Close the lid. Let kulcha puffed for 1-2 min.

Flip to another side. Close the lid. Once both side is done. Take out on Kitchen towel so that kulcha becomes soft.

Get ready all kulcha keep in kitchen towel. When u want to have just toast in butter/ ghee. It is osm intaste just like bakery kulcha. Enjoy
