I start by washing my hands and applying some cooking oil on my palms before peeling the matoke to avoid the milk from sticking on ur hands.Also the chopped matoke be placed in a basin/sufuria with warm water n salt.To avoid the matoke turning black.

Chop the matoke in halves or in threes.

Using a pan cook your onions till brown the add the tomatoes,salt n curry powder.cook well.

In your sauce add the bananas n turmeric and turn till its well coated.

In a different bowl,put ur peanut and warm water.whisk till well mixed. Then add to your matoke.

Add enough water n cover till your matoke is well cooked and the sauce is thick.
