Kadahi paneer with homemade paneer
Steps

Cut paneer, capsicum and 1 onion in square chunks..

Now heat a pan and add some oil.. and roast paneer, capsicum and onion..

For gravy: In same pan add oil and heat it.. now add cumin seeds, asafoetida and roast until cumin seeds crackle..

Now add 1 chopped onion and roast it until golden brown. Add chillies and ginger garlic paste and roast it..

Now add all masala (coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder) and roast it.. add tomatoes and some water and cook until oil separates.

Now masala is done.. now add water and wait for a boil than add fried paneer, capsicum and onion and mix it.. cover it and cook for 5 minutes.

Now add garam masala and kasuri methi and off the flame

Kadahi paneer is ready to serve
