Pan Pizza and Creamy Melon Juice
I made an easy, quick and instant bread pizza🍕recipe as It takes no more than 10 or 15 minutes. And a refreshing drink🍹 for this hot summer.☀️

Cooking Instructions

For Pan Pizza:
Using a teaspoon, spoon pizza sauce over each bread equally and spread it. - 2
Equally distribute cubed hams and pieces of pineapple tidbits.

Finish off with a final layer of grated cheese.

On a non-stick pan, place your pizza, put cover and cook over extra low heat.

When the cheese melted, your pizza is ready. Remove from heat. Serve hot.

For Creamy Melon Juice:
Slice the melon into half. Remove all the seeds. - 7
Using a melon scraper, scrape the melon and place in a large bowl. Set aside.

In a large pitcher, combine water, sugar, and milk. Stir until the sugar is diluted. Add the shredded melon. Stir again.

Put lots of ice. Serve.
NOTE: If using milk you need to consume it immediately as it will turn bitter due to their proteolytic enzyme which breaks down the milk proteins

Wow 🤩 this was a big hit with my kids . Made this for breakfast. My youngest came back after eating this with a smile on his face asking for more. I made this with my fruit dip recipe link for that in my notes , think next time I do this With some yogurt. The hardest part was cutting all of the watermelon rind off all of the watermelon. When I made this I was making another recipe for watermelon so I just hold back some for the pizza and put in bag until I was ready to use it. I went thin on my circles, they should be thick so you can hold it like a pizza slice when eating, my kid had no troubles doing that though with a thin slice. Use whatever fruit you have or like. This is a basic Pizza recipe using our special Pizza Dough.The best thing about this dough is that it is so tasty and yet so simple. I’m using my grandmas sugar cookie recipe for the crust and a homemade cream cheese frosting for the sauce. The toppings are kiwis, strawberries, blueberries, and cherries (optional).
