Wash and peel potatoes, cut into cubes like maggi cubes. Keep aside. Fry gizard for 20 minutes keep aside.

Put a deep, wide frying pan on a low medium heat add oil when hot pour in potatoes and fry keep stirring until half way done.

Pour in all ingredients into the potatoes keep stirring till done.

Note:i used Gizard instead of beacon, you can use beacon.
