Steps

Mix all dals,put turmeric powder and salt and pressure cook.

Adjust the consistency and bring a boil.

In a tadka pan heat ghee put hing,dried red chilies,mustard seeds and cumin seeds saute for a few seconds then add ginger-garlic saute on low heat until turns golden brown. Turn off the gas put red chilli powder and pour tadka into cooked dal.

Delicious mix dal is ready to serve.

If we take turmeric powder in less quantity, dal looks so colorful. Yellow,green and black colours gives a beautiful combination in this dal.
