Sort omena(depending on your quantity) and bring to boil for about 8mins or less.

Drain the water wash, put back in the sufuria, add salt and turn, be keen not to let it stick on the pan until all the water dries.

Add oil spices and onions, let it cook for around 2 mins then add tomatoes and capsicum, cook until the tomatoes get tender and crushed.

Add milk and let it cook for around 10mins then serve.
