  • 1 tbsprice wine
  • to tasteSalt
  • Spices
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 5shallots
  • 2 stalksspring onion
  • 1 tspdried shrimps (ebi)
  • 2small chilies

    Prepare the spices and ingredients

    Grinding until become paste

    Saute spices with oil till fragrant. Add rice and all ingredients. Fried till dried and cook. Serve.
