Arhar dal pakodi with less oil

Take soaked dal, green chillies, ginger, mint leaves and little salt grind it in a mixer grinder and make a smooth paste with the help of little water. Transfer in a bowl.

In a mixing bowl add chopped onion and all the above dry ingredients in dal mixture along with salt as per taste. Then mix well and beat for 3-4 minutes with ur hand or hand whiskers.

Heat a tawa put little oil and drop a small amount of dal mixture like pakora. One by one. cook it a few seconds then spray a little amount of water cover and cook on low to medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Prepare all the pakodi like this way and serve hot with any chutney.
